The surgery has a good reputation in the area! I had been with my old surgery for 39 years and moving to a new practice was traumatic as I had a wonderful rapport with my own Dr. but she's retiring. After just one rather bad experience in Llandaff North with medication I'm not put off! The 3 doctors I have seen, only one of them I was disappointed with but I'm sure she has lots of other good points and specialises in other fields of medicine!

I visited Llandaff North Medical Centre today with an ear infection. I was seen within minutes of my appointment. The nurse who examined my ear (Emma Cain) was extremely professional. She clearly knew what she was doing, and I was greatly reassured. It's so good to have a GP surgery where the doctors and nurses are cheerful and friendly, as well as being dedicated to their patients' wellbeing. A top-class service.

So impressed with this surgery. Since moving to Llandaff North a couple of years ago I have been nothing but happy with the service of this GP surgery. As a young professional who works long hours Monday - Friday, I have historically found issues with arranging to see a doctor in former surgeries and have never had any difficulties with Llandaff North Surgery, who are very accommodating and understanding of my often inflexible working patterns and who have fit me in for emergency appointments when I have needed them. I have never felt more supported from the professional reception staff to the nurses and doctors. Thank you.

The way the surgery is run is highly efficient, from the receptionists booking the appointments to the doctors who all give great care with a lot of compassion and empathy. I am very happy to come here for myself and 1 year old son and feel reassured that I am receiving excellent care. Thank you.
